Evo's chief challenger Manfred Reyes understands fully that is campaign is just a clown show. The other day he bought tickets on the first flight out of La Paz to Miami the morning after Sundays Presidential election. Nuff said.

The one thing I noticed was that the ticket is one-way, which means he doesn't plan to come back soon. Which would be consistent with Otto's theory that he doesn't wanna face charges.
I'm amazed that they're allowed to get away so easily. Clearly there's still an impunity problem down there. Is there no warrant out for him?

The other thing, if you guys haven't noticed already, is that it is "en espera" meaning on a waiting list. Which means, he can't WAIT to leave, he's desperate.
